Worldwide Anti-Piracy Program
The primary objective of FYHE’s Anti-Piracy Program is to attack and reduce global entertainment software piracy, estimated to cost the U.S. entertainment software industry billions of dollars every year.  The program's primary components are , training, including education and enforcement programs in the U.S. and abroad called STOP THE PIRACY, START THE PROFITING™.  FYHE, Inc.™ actively participate to shape the industry's anti-piracy priorities and ensure that available resources are properly allocated for the enforcement of their intellectual property rights. 

FYHE's anti-piracy efforts on the Internet and in the U.S. and select foreign markets are directed towards the active protection of members' game products through online enforcement, criminal raids and prosecutions and civil litigation.  FYHE's training programs help to elevate the protection of interactive game product as a priority for law enforcement officials, as well as enhance their knowledge of the entertainment software industry and its products.  In addition, FYHE's IP education and outreach efforts help to foster respect among members of the general public for the intellectual property rights of game software publishers. Anti-Piracy Training
In order to better control the manufacture and distribution of pirate and counterfeit game software, FYHE conducts training seminars for active affiliates of E3FLIX, Inc. Both E3FLIX™ and FYHE™ are important allies in the global effort against Entertainment DVD Movie, Music and Video Game piracy.  STOP THE PIRACY, START THE PROFITING™ program the cost of this training is entirely underwritten by our Celebrity Endorsed Affiliate Program™ at E3FLIX and the Celebrity Partnership Program™  at FYHE. The goal of such training is to provide our Affiliates with the skills and knowledge required to market and sell entertainment content. This is accomplished by instructing affiliates at our training facility.  In the next 24 months, FYHE, Inc. through E3FLIX will conduct more than 1000 trainings in the U.S. and Canada with affiliates.  E3FLIX will also be very active in training foreign affiliates in countries where it operates. Our industry programs promote anti-piracy in such places as Hong Kong, Mexico, and Brazil, as well as other countries where E3FLIX has distribution planed.

FYHE provides free in-depth training manuals through E3FLIX, access to the E3FLIX interactive training web site, and industry contacts for further support and assistance on the identification of suspect software and titles. “STOP THE PIRACY, START THE PROFITING™”.

Internet Piracy
Through FYHE, Inc. the parent company too E3FLIX, is able to monitor all of the Celebrity Endorsed Affiliate (CEA) websites. E3FLIX, Inc., Internet websites all controlled under a safe encrypted environment therefore negating any piracy issues.  E3FLIX CEA's are able to rent and sell products to subscribers. This is done by creating subscriber accounts featuring Entertainment content (DVD Movies, Video Games, Consoles and Music).Since the program's inception in 2005, FYHE has never had a single instance of Piracy. The results are protecting the rights of the Entertainment Industry. This is done through our propriety software package.

FYHE aggressively pursues enforcement against individuals on the Internet who are involved in the illegal online distribution and sale or rental of content. Our affiliates lenience our propriety   ' software, and we handle all shipping and final transactions. FHYE is committed to the anti-piracy whether through criminal investigation and prosecution or civil litigation.  In addition FYHE supports and donates to  several investigation groups to help eliminate Internet piracy.
